The Wigley Group has been involved in the redevelopment of brownfield land since the 1970s, regenerating sites within the company’s own portfolio and others in partnership with high-profile clients.

Since the first acquisition in Coventry, our development team has carried out significant refurbishment projects and delivered new-build premises for a range of sectors, such as logistics, leisure, retail and automotive.

All property and land additions to our extensive portfolio are made in line with the long-term strategic investment objectives of the group: to deliver a rental income, to increase their value in the long-term, and to meet the wider requirements of an ever-evolving commercial property market.

The group also takes an active role in the region’s property market and are proud to partner and support its presence at MIPIM, the world’s biggest property investment and development show.
