From Tuesday 4th June 2024, a new organisational structure is in place at Wigley, reflecting the opportunity we see to drive growth, opportunity, and value throughout our businesses.

With 60 years of entrepreneurial spirit, diversification, and evolution behind us, we are looking forward to where the next 60 years will take us with a strong foundation for success. What this means is a new set of company names with new brands, but the same ethos and values we have always had.

From tomorrow, Wigley Investment Holdings Ltd will be the holding company which owns and invests in a portfolio of businesses operating across the real estate life cycle. These companies are Tetra Real Estate Ltd, Tyto Contracting Ltd, Virtus Property Services Ltd and Wigley Connect Ltd. These companies will be independently managed and operated but will continue to collaborate closely from our Stockton House headquarters.
