Graduate Scheme

Our successful Graduate Scheme places candidates right at the heart of the daily operations, including time with development & construction, property & estates, and central group operations (this includes accounts, communications, office management & administration, and compliance), before completing a project set by our Executive Board.

The scheme is designed to be challenging to help grow individual skill sets and knowledge, and at the same time allow graduates the chance to show how they can add value if an employment opportunity is available once their scheme is complete.

Our Graduate Trainees are an integral member of each team they spend time with and complete a variety of different training opportunities as they go through the business. Projects and presentations will also be completed throughout, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to showcase their skills while supporting the operational and strategic growth of the teams they support.

Those who are accepted onto the scheme are assigned a line manager and mentor team who will support them throughout their year. The graduate is expected to deliver a presentation at the end of each placement as well as complete a portfolio of learnings on which they will be invited to give a final presentation to our senior management and shareholders.

There will also be the opportunity to be interviewed for any suitable permanent roles that are available at the end of the scheme.

One of our past graduates, Jess Wood, has some great insight on what she learned while taking part in the scheme, and how other would-be graduates can make the most of their time here.

Please note we are currently reviewing our Graduate Scheme and are therefore not accepting any applications at this time.
