Sandy Lane Business Park, Coventry

The 38,000sq ft business park in Radford on the edge of Coventry city centre was acquired in 2006.

It is made up of seven small units that includes the only remaining part of the world-famous Daimler car factory which in 2021 was refurbished and converted into the Daimler Powerhouse Creation Centre, with £2.5million of funding from The Wigley Group, Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership and Coventry City Council in time for Coventry’s year as UK City of Culture.

The building is leased to Imagineer Productions, which has been based there since 2006 and four other resident creative companies.
