Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Coventry

The 170,000 sq ft industrial estate in the Radford area of Coventry is currently occupied by logistics and storage company, KB Transport.

It was acquired in 2006 and along with Sandy Lane Business Park will form part of a planning application due to be submitted to Coventry City Council in 2021 for a mixed-use development that will be a vibrant new neighbourhood for living and work, culture and leisure.
