This asset was purchased by The Wigley Group in May 2023 as part of an exciting collaboration between The Group and Reflex Property Finance. This partnership, called Waterloo Capital Ltd, has created a new investment fund which will channel capital into shorter term asset management projects across the Midlands region, principally focussing on industrial property.
