Robert is Chairman of Wigley Investment Holdings, guiding the evolution of the business originally founded by his father in 1964. With decades of experience in the industry, he has established a leading reputation in commercial real estate across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Robert is fully engaged in the day-to-day life of the company, working closely with the Executive Board to shape strategy, drive growth and ensure every business within the portfolio upholds the family’s principles of honesty, integrity and trust. His full-time involvement places him at the heart of decision-making and the ongoing development of the organisation.
He also leads on our major community and charitable initiatives and serves as Co-Chair of the Wigley Community Fund alongside Claire.

James has been part of the Wigley team for over a decade and was appointed as a member of the Executive Board in 2021. He has created and continues to deliver the infrastructure that allows our portfolio to evolve.
With a strong background in operations and asset management, James is responsible for operational planning and the delivery of the company’s strategy. His work ensures business continuity and delivers long-term growth whilst overseeing all of the businesses that are owned by the Wigley family.
Alongside Katie, James is Co-Chair of the Wigley Support Fund.

After joining the team in 2016, Claire was appointed to the Executive Board in 2023. She has created and continues to deliver a process-driven compliance culture which is adopted by all businesses and their staff.
With a long career in compliance, auditing and management systems, Claire is responsible for the regulatory and governance planning and delivery of the company’s strategy. She also advises on strategic staff planning to ensure longevity and growth while overseeing all of the businesses owned by the Wigley family.
Alongside Robert, Claire is Co-Chair of the Wigley Community Fund.

Emma has been part of the Wigley team since 2018, the Company Secretary for Wigley Investment Holdings and all businesses owned by the Wigley family.
Emma is a highly organised, expert administrator and works alongside our Executive Board and Shareholders to deliver all business-critical administration alongside an executive communication function.
She works closely with the Wigley Connect team to oversee the delivery of an efficient office management service at Stockton House, ensuring tenants have an effortless experience as part of their day-to-day operations.

Alexis joined the Wigley team in 2017 and gained years of experience alongside a wealth of technical qualifications before becoming Financial Controller in 2024.
Alexis utilises her extensive knowledge in commercial real estate to develop and implement financial strategies for the businesses in the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio which aid decision-making. She also oversees critical reporting and analysis whilst mitigating financial risk to optimise the risk-return profile of all businesses owned by the Wigley family.

Katie joined Wigley Investment Holdings in 2020, bringing experience in events management and digital marketing before becoming Strategic Communications & Brand Manager in 2024. She leads the strategic delivery of the company’s communications and brand management, with a focus on protecting, developing and promoting the businesses owned by the Wigley family.
Alongside management of the communications team, Katie oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems support the group’s long-term ambitions. As a member of the next generation of the Wigley family, she works closely with the Board and Shareholders, playing a growing role in shaping the future of the business and supporting the Senior Team.
Alongside James, she is also Co-Chair of the Wigley Support Fund.

Having joined Wigley Connect in June 2020, Laura is an experienced administrator who has worked across the public and private sectors. She gained her degree in Social Science from the Open University in 2003.
As the Compliance Manager, Laura is responsible for ensuring Wigley Investment Holdings’ portfolio of companies, and their strategic relationships adhere to all legal requirements as well as its own in-house policies, processes, and procedures. This encompasses health & safety, quality, and environmental management.

Maisie joined the team as Accounts Manager in July 2024, bringing with her five years of experience in both the Limited Company and Charity sectors.
She holds an AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting and is currently pursuing her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification.
Leveraging her expertise and skills acquired from previous roles, Maisie is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial data for each business within the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio. She also delivers monthly budget analysis reports to budget holders across all companies and prepares quarterly management accounts for the Financial Controller

Emma is our Office and Events Supervisor, she joined Wigley Connect in February 2023 after developing an interest in administration, at her prior role working in a nursery.
Emma is responsible for overseeing Stockton House and providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring our offices are run smoothly and efficiently.
Recognising her talent for event organisation, Wigley Connect expanded Emma’s role to Office Manager in January 2026, giving her responsibility for the planning and delivery of both internal and external events at Stockton House alongside office management.

Joining the team in October 2024, Josh is one of three Accounts Assistants at Wigley Connect. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Financial Management and previously worked for the Estates Department at University of Warwick, supporting the management of AP finance of University-owned land/buildings.
Josh supports the Accounts Manager and provides tailored, direct accounts support to Wigley Investment Holding’s portfolio of companies and affiliated businesses. This support enables day-to-day financial operations of the companies which includes but is not limited to, the smooth operation and reconciliation of the sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers.

Leila is our Communications Co-ordinator, joining the Wigley team in June 2023. Leila has a diploma in customer service after completing an apprenticeship within a company specializing in cashless systems.
Directed by the Communications Manager, Leila is responsible for supporting the delivery of bespoke communications strategies for the Wigley Investment Holdings portfolio of companies and their strategic relationships. This includes but is not limited to updating the website, monitoring social media channels, supporting the delivery of a calendar of events, and creating internal communication resources.

Head Gardener
A stalwart of the company, Alan joined Wigley in 2006 before being appointed as Head Gardener in January 2021.
Using his extensive skills, experiences and an attention to detail, Alan is responsible for our Stockton House grounds, from the landscaping design to the overall maintenance of the gardens.
Alan is a keen gardener and takes pride in his work, ensuring that the grounds are always maintained to the highest possible standard.

Brie joined The Wigley Group in February 2026 as our Apprentice Administrator/Receptionist, part of the office team. As the first point of contact at Stockton House, she supports the smooth running of front‑of‑house operations – greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and maintaining the reception area.
Before joining the company, Brie worked as a sous chef at a local pub and studied Arts & Game Design at Leamington College. Outside of work, she enjoys art, photography, and video games.
