Henley Industrial Park, Coventry
The estate is situated off Henley Road in the Henley Green area of Coventry, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the city centre. It is just 1.5 miles southwest of junction 2 of the M6/M69 interchange.
Henley Industrial Park is located in the northeast of Coventry, benefiting from strong transport links to the M6 and M69 motorways.
The asset comprises two distinct elements:
- A terrace of five secondary industrial units (Units 3–7), totalling c21,400 sq. ft. These units are in good condition and consistently in demand.
- An additional c.82,650 sq. ft. of low-eaves warehouse space, subdivided into four units (Units 18–21A). offers larger warehouse spaces that ranges from c15,000-31,000 sq ft.
The total site spans approximately 6.28 acres.
Originally acquired in the late 1990s, the site has undergone phased development and active asset management. In 2018, two new industrial units (Units 15 and 17) were constructed, adding approximately 15,600 sq. ft. of modern space. These units were integrated with existing Units 1 and 2 to create a combined block of four units totalling around 24,900 sq. ft. This block was successfully sold to Chancerygate in March 2021. The remaining land and properties were retained as part of our ongoing portfolio.
